RecvError

Enum RecvError

Source
pub enum RecvError<U>
where U: Decoder,
{ Timeout, WriteBackpressure, Decoder(<U as Decoder>::Error), PeerGone(Option<Error>), }
Expand description

Errors that can occur while receiving data.

Variants§

§

Timeout

The dispatcher timer has expired.

§

WriteBackpressure

Write backpressure is currently active.

§

Decoder(<U as Decoder>::Error)

Failed to decode an incoming frame.

§

PeerGone(Option<Error>)

The connection is no longer usable.

Reported once the connection can no longer dispatch frames, whether because transport shutdown has begun, the peer disconnected, an error occurred, or shutdown was started locally with IoRef::close or IoRef::terminate. The transport backend may still be finishing teardown.

Carries the connection error, which may originate from the transport, a filter, or shutdown. None means no error was recorded.
